Pound of Ground beef (only use Ground Round or Ground Sirloin) |

Cup chopped celery |

Can of Campbell's Tomato Soup |

Cup of tomato catsup |

Cup of chopped onions |

Cup of chopped peppers -- green or red |

Salt to taste -- we don't use any salt |

Teaspoon of ground black pepper |

Teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce |

Directions |

Brown onions, celery, peppers, and beef in large pot |
|
Add 1/4 cup water and steam on low heat while stirring occasionally
with a lid on pot until vegetables are soft |

Drain any liquids and add remaining ingredients |
|
Simmer for 10 minutes and serve on buns |
